Menu, orders and kitchen linked, from poster to delivery
A menu that changes every week means dishes to publish, emails to send and boxes to prepare. At BodyFood, the chef's poster now feeds the website and the Thursday email, and orders go straight to the kitchen.

The context.
BodyFood cooks high-protein, 100% halal meals in Brussels and delivers them every week. The business relied on an old Shopify store, still shown by Google, and on orders placed through WhatsApp.
Task by task.

What we delivered.
- Online ordering
- Customers pick their box and delivery day by the Thursday cut-off, and pay on delivery.
- The menu in one import
- AI reads the chef's poster: dish names, calories, clean photos and the Dutch version come ready to review.
- Kitchen preparation
- A Kitchen tab adds up dishes by delivery day, a Packing tab lists boxes by customer, and both can be printed.
- Bringing customers back
- After 14 days without an order, a series of emails offers a dessert, asks for feedback, then points to the new season. Each step goes out only once.
The result.
- Orders go through the website, and WhatsApp is now used only for questions.
- The website, including the weekly menu, is available in French and Dutch.
- Since 30 September 2026, the website presents itself as a meal prep service in Brussels, and the old Shopify addresses redirect to it.
