Every plumbing or heating enquiry followed through to the quote

What we delivered.
- A two-language site
- A three-step form, Google reviews and pages by service or town, in French and Dutch.
- An enquiry board
- Enquiries move from New to Contacted and Quote sent, then Won or Lost. Each move is dated and everything exports to CSV.
- Automatic replies
- Every form sends an acknowledgement to the person writing in and an alert to a dedicated team mailbox.
- Call tracking
- Clicks on Call and WhatsApp are saved with their page. Logging phone calls on the board is ready and being brought into service.
The result.
- The site is live in French and Dutch, with pages for Mons, Strombeek-Bever, drain clearing and boiler repair.
- Since 28 October 2026, each enquiry stage has been dated and the quote amount kept when entered.
- Since 27 October 2026, the site has kept every Call or WhatsApp click, while phone call logging is still being brought into service.
