EPB data entry prepared on site, currently being set up
After each visit, everything an EPB certifier noted has to be typed again into the official software. A tablet notebook is being set up so the file takes shape on site.

The context.
Exipeb issues EPB certificates in and around Brussels, alongside other property checks. The sketch is drawn by hand on a phone, photos are added, then everything is retyped at the office into Certibru-Res: 78 fields on one file studied. The product has not yet been validated on a real file.
Task by task.

Drawn by hand in Notes on an iPhone
In progress: stylus sketch on a tablet
Entering the file
All retyped at the office, 78 fields on one file studied

Sorting the evidence
Photos taken separately, picked up again at the office
In progress: each photo linked to the recorded value
Issuing the certificate
The certifier issues it in the official software
Unchanged: the certifier checks, logs in and issues it
What we delivered.
- A site-visit notebook on tablet
- Being set up: a guided visit, step by step, that works without a network and lists what is missing before leaving the property.
- A measured sketch
- Being set up: rooms are drawn with a stylus and surface areas are calculated from the measurements.
- A file ready to check
- Being set up: the notes prepare the file opened in Certibru-Res. The certifier confirms each value and issues the certificate personally.
The result.
- Two test files written outside the official software opened in the certifier's Certibru-Res.
- On a fictional example, the Certibru-Res engine calculated the EPB value from the notebook export.
- The tool is still being set up and has not yet been validated on a real file.
