Holistique Décoration writes its site measurements by hand. The tool reads that sheet from a photo, prepares the quote and creates the deposit invoice as soon as the customer agrees.
The context.
Holistique Décoration is a painting and decoration studio based in Forest, working in Brussels and the surrounding area. Every quote started from a handwritten measurement sheet. The studio wanted to automate the path from quote to deposit while keeping control of what goes to Billit.

What we delivered.
- Reading the measurement sheet
- The studio takes a photo of the sheet, even when it is handwritten. The tool picks up the wall and ceiling surfaces, then prepares a quote to review.
- Documents in its own style
- Quotes and invoices follow the layout of the studio's official document: terms, sign-off for agreement, general conditions and logo.
- Automatic deposit invoice
- When a quote is accepted, the 40% deposit invoice is created and joins the invoice list.
- Billit under control
- A button on each quote and invoice sends it to Billit. Nothing leaves without a decision, and payments are pulled back in one click.
The result.
- On a faithful copy of a real measurement sheet, all 11 rooms were read correctly, optional ceilings included.
- The step from accepted quote to deposit invoice was tested from start to finish.
- The tool is online with the Billit connection; the final invoice, reminders and sending quotes by email are still in progress.
