Sign-ups, payments and camp places tracked in one place
There was no old website to carry over: this Brussels non-profit started from scratch. Families now sign up and pay online, and the team reads its figures on a dashboard.
The context.
KidzoFit has run holiday camps in Brussels since 2012, and after-school activities since the 2026-2027 season. The non-profit wanted to bring together sign-ups, payments, family records, staff schedules and emails. It had no website to do this with.

What we delivered.
- Online sign-ups
- Parents pick a camp or a class, pay online in full or with a deposit, and find their sign-ups and receipts in their own space.
- A clear dashboard
- Monthly sign-ups, income, outstanding amounts and remaining places are visible at a glance, with no counting.
- After-school in the same tool
- Venues, time slots, rates, the waiting list and moves between classes are handled without outside help.
- Emails to families
- Confirmation, reminders, thank-you notes and the satisfaction survey are sent automatically. A mailing to all parents is tested before it leaves.
The result.
- The website and tool cover holiday camps and, since August 2026, after-school sign-ups.
- Four emails are scheduled around each camp: two reminders, a thank-you and the satisfaction survey.
- Prices, venues and time slots are edited in the tool, with no developer involved.
