Case study · Naby Pâtisserie · Bruxelles
Every cake request arrives with its date and WhatsApp number
Naby Pâtisserie makes layer cakes, classic or vegan, to order in Brussels. Requests used to run through private messages: they now come in through a form and are followed in a small admin.

The context.
Naby Pâtisserie works without a shop, in and around Brussels. There was no website, and orders were sorted out by text and private message. The request was simple: an elegant site and a notification for each request, then the conversation carries on directly.
Task by task.

One form, and everything lands in the admin

What we delivered.
- Showcase site
- Home, menu, portfolio and About pages, in French and Dutch, with real photos of her creations.
- Order form
- The customer picks a date, describes the cake and leaves a WhatsApp number. A past date or a badly typed number is refused.
- Small admin
- Requests arrive with a notification, then sort by status, next to a calendar of requested dates.
- Photos on her own
- She changes the site's images herself from the admin, without a developer.
The result.
- The site is online at nabypatisserie.be, in French and Dutch.
- Every form sent becomes a request in the admin, which is online too.
- There is no online payment, as she wanted: the rest is settled directly, with a reply within 48 hours on WhatsApp.
