Case study · Safe Line · Bruxelles
Bookings, prices and drivers together in one tool
Safe Line provides private chauffeurs for companies and runs airport transfers. Website bookings, prices and drivers are now managed in one place.

The context.
Safe Line is a private chauffeur service based in Brussels, serving Belgian airports, Paris and Lille. The work follows two patterns: the fixed-price transfer and the multi-day assignment, priced by quote. It needed a website in three languages and a tool to follow every ride.
Task by task.
Giving a price
Fare worked out for each requested trip
Price shown by vehicle, distance and zone
Taking a booking
Trip and contact details noted each time
Online booking in French, Dutch or English
Confirming a ride
Booking and customer record entered separately
Confirmation creates both at once
Organising the drivers
Schedule kept apart from the requests
Shared schedule, rides visible on the driver's phone
Locating a car
Position unknown without calling the driver
Position visible in the ride's record
What we delivered.
- Website in three languages
- A site in French, Dutch and English, with online booking of fixed-price transfers.
- Ride tracking
- Every request from the site lands in the tool and keeps its status, from confirmation to arrival.
- Adjustable prices
- Base price per vehicle, rate per kilometre, zone surcharges and a simulator to check a price before publishing it.
- Driver area
- On their phones, drivers see their rides, update the status and share their position during the trip.
The result.
- The site offers eight airports and the three main Brussels stations for booking, in all three languages.
- A confirmed request creates the booking and, for a new customer, the customer record.
- The quote module for multi-day assignments is still being finished.
