Case study · Technichauff · Bruxelles
Knowing where each request comes from, from first click to won job
Technichauff gets its requests through its site and its ads, seven days a week from 7am to 8pm. Each record now shows its source, and each service has a price page linked to the admin panel.

The context.
Technichauff is a Brussels heating engineer, open seven days a week from 7am to 8pm, who also works in Wallonia and Flanders. The ad tracking left over from its old WordPress site was no longer connected to the website. The company could not see at a glance which source brought which request.
