Case study · Voltix · Belgique

Stock kept by scanning, with the Shopify store following

At Voltix, a part goes in and out of stock with one phone scan. The Shopify store and the profitability sheet update without retyping.

Electric scooters and spare parts

The context.

Voltix sells electric scooters and spare parts through a Shopify store with more than 2,600 listings. The site showed what the supplier had available, with no link to what was actually on the shelves. Between the purchase order, the shelf and the profitability file, there was no single number to rely on.

What we delivered.

Phone scanning
A label on each bin is enough, with no handheld scanner. Every exit keeps its trace: the workshop ticket or the online order number.
A connected store
A listing created or edited in the app goes to Shopify with its public price, trade price, stock and photos. A new listing priced below cost stays in draft.
One screen per job
Receiving, stock, labels, parts to order and listings to link each have their own screen. The Figures screen shows what is out of stock, running low or no longer moving.
Profitability tracking
Sales and scanned exits are written to the owner's Google Sheet every five minutes. The columns he keeps himself are never touched.

The result.

  • The full count of 25 September 2026 found 249 references and 808 parts, matching the database exactly.
  • Since 27 October 2026, the app has been the reference: new listings and edits go out to Shopify.
  • Profitability tracking has been live since 1 October 2026, with an update every five minutes.
